Security Services

The vendor is required to provide professional armed and/or unarmed security guard services location, to include the entirety of the eighteen and a half-acre park.
- Security presence:
• Two security guards per shift will be strategically positioned to maximize coverage.
- Uniformed personnel:
• All security personnel must be uniformed and easily distinguishable in company-specific security apparel, enhancing visibility and approachability, while ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Incident reporting:
• Contractor will commit to thorough incident reporting, ensuring all noteworthy occurrences are documented promptly and accurately.
- Emergency response:
• In the event of an emergency, security personnel will respond swiftly and effectively, coordinating with local authorities as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all park patrons.
- Regular patrol:
• Security personnel will be stationed at location during the hours of service outlined in the section below.
• Security personnel will conduct regular patrols throughout the entirety of location.
• This proactive approach is to maintain a visible and vigilant presence, deterring potential incidents and ensuring the overall security of the park.
- Crime deterrence and prevention:
• Implement proactive measures to deter and prevent criminal activities within location, fostering a secure environment for all park guests.
- Coordination with city police department:
• Collaborate closely with the city police department to enhance overall security measures, ensuring seamless coordination and mutual support.
- Protection of park property and assets:
• Safeguard park property and any related assets, employing vigilant measures to prevent damage, theft, or vandalism.
- 2 security guards to provide security coverage at location with the following operating hours:
• Regular operating hours: Monday to Sunday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Overnight hours: Monday to Sunday: 9:00pm- 8:00am.
