Campus Security Surveillance and Door Access System

The Vendor is required to provide for the supply and install of upgrade to surveillance camera and door access system and any ancillary or related services    
- University and technical institute courses provided by way of a contract between the college and a university or technical institute;
- Training programs that prepare individuals for a career or provide education with respect to health or social issues;
- Training programs paid wholly or partly by private business, non-profit groups or government agencies;
- Career services;
- Adult basic education, literacy and upgrading programs;
- Any other educational activities that the lieutenant governor in council may prescribe in the regulations.
- Provide employment services, programs and activities associated with career, educational and training services, programs and activities pursuant to agreements with the minister of post-secondary education and skills training or the new careers corporation; and
- Determine student eligibility for, and to administer the provincial training allowance.
- Upgrade surveillance (cameras) in 2 locations.
- Upgrade door access systems in 2 locations.
- Centrally managed system: accessible anywhere from web browser or mobile app.
- Cloud based platform with zero on-prem servers or appliances to manage.
- Sustainable for the life of the solution: licensing, warranty, coverage.
- Scalable: to all our 7 campus locations.
- Country: data residency.
- Southeast college will prioritize state proponents, solutions, installations and hardware.
- Accessible support: state based partner preferred.
• Provide, install and configure internal and external cameras
• Provide, install and configure door access system and sensors
• Configure the county foyer kiosk screen.
• Installation to the two campus locations below.
• Training and advisory services for local staff.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
