Citywide Camera System

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive camera system integration and installation services to support its "reclaim, renew, and reimagine" (R3) master plan initiative.
- Capable of delivering high-quality, scalable camera system solutions that meet the City's current and future security needs.
- This initiative is focused on enhancing public safety, improving traffic monitoring, and strengthening the security infrastructure across our growing community.
- This project include:
• Integrate existing video surveillance system(s) into centralized video monitoring solution.
• Provide real-time video monitoring and analytics.
• Ensure seamless data integration and interoperability.
• Enhance public safety and response times.
• Compatibility with existing video surveillance systems. (Genetec, Wise Net, Axis Cameras)
○ Up to 150 existing cameras
• Real-time video streaming and analytics capabilities.
○ Real-time alerts
• Secure data transmission and storage.
○ Storage will be cloud based provided by vendor solution.
○ 30 days of video with AI
• User-friendly interface for monitoring and management.
• Scalability to accommodate future expansion.
○ Including camera integration possibility from other municipalities, businesses, and other cameras that may not be owned by the City.
- Offer remote support, software updates, and multi-year service packages (3 year).
