Security Camera System

The vendor is required to provide to replace existing outdated security cameras at our city hall with a unified, modern system.
- Require the replacement of the existing exterior and interior cameras, all new cameras, a monitoring pc, and a new exterior voting ballot box security camera.
- Provide licensed, qualified personnel to uninstall the existing camera system and install the new security camera system, including a monitoring pc with the latest firmware, according to the following specifications and conditions.
- System requirements. The city is looking for reasonable recommendations based on the following system requirements:
• Must provide full-color live-streaming, recording, playback, download, and storage;
• Must be fully functional in all weather conditions, fluctuations of temperature, and humidity;
• Must provide fields of view that cover specific areas;
• Must provide fields of coverage of sufficient resolution and sensitivity to allow for recognition of individuals through facial features under normal weather conditions;
• Must be scalable for future expansion;
• Must provide minimum retention times for footage;
• Must include warranty on all system components;
• Must include user training and documentation for the system.
- System specifications and options. For the proposed system, the vendor shall also specify the following:
• The resolution and frames-per-second rate capabilities;
• The level of system cybersecurity;
• Any additional server or hardware required;
• Any options for tamper resistance, motion detection, night vision, and the associated costs;
• Any options for self-contained power supply backup and associated costs.
- Installation requirements:
• Provide appropriate mounting hardware (as needed) for the manufacturer’s recommended installation of the equipment.
• Required to determine circuit availability wherever circuitry may be required.
