The vendor is required to provide to replace the existing card access and CCTV software system with the Genetec security center at the county courthouse.
- Replacing software, non-compatible hardware, adding new hardware, rewiring new reader and camera locations, programming, training, and licensing.
- Work to include the relocation and addition of card readers, panic alarms, cameras, and other security devices associated with the card access and CCTV software systems.
- Provide programming at the direction of the facilities and IT departments to integrate the existing axis CCTV system, create access levels and partition system access to software users.
- Provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year (24x7x365) service to this system for the county with an on-site response time of 4 hours or less.
