The vendor is required to provide cctv inspection program shall include but is not limited to the following requirements:
• A kick-off meeting will be held before cctv inspection to introduce the contractor to the city’s project team, establish methods of coordination and implementation, determine information and permits required, confirm the performance criteria and review the project schedule.
• The city periodically and prior to the inspection of each quadrant to discuss changes, lessons learned, additions, confirm locations, identify potential inspection or data issues, and provide additional project updates or information as required.
• Produce minutes after each meeting, within ten business days.
• Provide effective administration, communication, and management of the entire cctv inspection program, and for quality of data.
• A copy of the pipe information requiring cctv inspection has been included in an excel documents as corresponds to the location maps.
• This information has been taken from the city’s GIS.
• Advise the city of any discrepancies within the excel documents in writing and receive confirmation.
• Contractor shall perform all cctv inspections per the current version of company’s standards.
• Inspection crews must include at least one (1) current valid company’s pipeline assessment certification program (PACP) certified operator who will be responsible for conducting the inspection and pipe coding.
• Reporting of data (including work report, photographs, video footage and electronic report) to be completed on a monthly basis for the work completed.
