Maintenance and Support of Electronic Security Systems Services

The vendor is required to provide for maintenance of its electronic security systems at locations across country, with an option to install and integrate components at existing and new locations.
- Electronic security and surveillance system that is designed to provide operators with superior video management, access control, and intrusion detection capabilities.
- It is maintained through a combination of in-house IT and security expertise, and contracted security systems support and integration services. 
- The security system is integral to the department’s security, safety, and emergency management programs.
- The electronic security and surveillance system comprises three distinct, integrated sub-systems:
• Access control system
• Video management system
• Intrusion detection system
- The electronic security system comprises the following devices and products (manufacturers in parentheses):
• Access control panels and expansion cards (mercury)
• Access control and enrollment readers and cards (hid)
• Access control card printers (Fargo)
• Access control software (Feenics, Genetec)
• Access control barriers (boon edam)
• Access control vehicle gates (automatic systems)
• Video management software (salient, Genetec)
• Network video recorders (salient, Genetec)
• Network video cameras (axis, Hanwha, IPRO)
• Intrusion detection controllers (Bosch)
• Intrusion detection field hardware, e.g., motion detectors, door contacts
• Electrified door hardware, e.g., electric strikes, electrified locks, rim exit devices
• Power supplies, power controllers, and batteries
• Computer networking devices, e.g., routers and switches.
