The Vendor is required to provide for professional 24/7 monitoring services for its multi-site security infrastructure.
- Requires remote monitoring across several facilities to ensure real-time surveillance, swift alert response, and comprehensive incident reporting.
- Each facility houses varying configurations of intrusion detection systems, fire panels, alarm systems, and environmental sensors, necessitating a flexible and capable monitoring solution.
- Expected to flawlessly integrate with existing systems, provide site-specific monitoring configurations, and uphold high standards of performance and accountability.

•    Intrusion detection systems

- Monitoring Services Must Include:
•    Real-time event detection and immediate response coordination
•    Multi-channel alert notification (SMS, email, phone)
•    Coordination with local emergency services (law enforcement/fire)
•    Regular system health checks and diagnostics
•    Comprehensive incident documentation and reporting 
- System Integration:
•    All locations are equipped with Bosch B9512G-C intrusion panels and utilize IP-based communication with cellular backup.
- Fire panel systems:
•    Operations Building: Silent Knight Model 5820
•    Prosser Facility: Fire-Lite MS-9200UDLS
•    Administration Building: Simplex 4002.
- Services include:
•    Continuous 24/7 monitoring services
•    Site-specific configuration documentation
•    Integration and system testing
•    Immediate alerts upon system events
•    Weekly consolidated monitoring reports with site-level drilldowns
•    Quarterly review meetings
•    SLA adherence and metrics reporting
