The vendor is required to provide to upgrade existing department facility and administrative branch security systems including large infrastructure cameras, access badge readers, digital video records, server cabinet security systems, and security software.
- Design, configure, and implement the c-cure system, including all associated hardware, software, and network components, with full system redundancy.
- This redundancy shall ensure continued system functionality and uninterrupted access control capabilities in the event of a primary system failure.
- Redundancy must include failover capabilities for system servers, databases, power supplies, and critical network connections.
- Maintenance includes, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance (pm), software patches and upgrades, and equipment installation and parts.
- Scheduling of critical service impact (s1) / over time impact level shall be 24 hours, 7 days per week, including state holidays.
- Maintenance at the city facility shall be scheduled between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Provide remedial maintenance and repair services including, troubleshooting security system/component problems, repairing system/components, or replacing components, supplying parts, materials, as needed, to maintain the security system components in proper functioning order.
- Remedial maintenance shall consist of, but not be limited to, lubrication, adjustment and/or testing, installation and replacement of all necessary equipment, parts, wires, and cables.
- All labors, parts, and materials costs are included in the contract amount.
- Also advise, when needed, of any upgrades required for the system platform (pc, file server, and network access components) to support software upgrades/ revisions.
- Shall, on a periodic basis, but not less than two (2) times per year: (1) evaluate the condition of the software; (2) apply any available updates and upgrades that are applicable to the software not previously applied; (3) perform a security system back-up, and (4) save the back-up files.
