The Vendor is required to provide unlimited co-managed IT services and advance IT security support on an ongoing basis, primarily delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The services will cover the following hardware, software, and service specifications, with the expectation of a 30-minute response or acknowledgment during normal business hours (7:30 am – 4:30 pm EST, Monday – Friday) and support for after-hours issues as needed.
