Surveillance Preventative and Emergency Maintenance Services

The Vendor is required to provide the preservation, maintenance and emergency repair services to the city's existing surveillance systems and associated equipment.
- Routine Inspections and Testing:
•    Perform scheduled inspections of all surveillance equipment, including cameras, video recorders, storage devices, servers, monitoring equipment, and related infrastructure.
•    Test the functionality of all systems to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
•    Document inspection results and provide a comprehensive report to the City after each inspection, including recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Cleaning and Calibration:
•    Regularly clean and calibrate all surveillance equipment, ensuring cameras are free from debris and environmental obstructions.
•    Ensure proper alignment, angles, and focus for maximum coverage.
- Maintenance Services the Contractor shall provide immediate response and emergency maintenance for the following situations.
•    System Malfunctions
•    Vandalism and Physical Damage
•    Inclement Weather Damage
•    Urgent System Recovery
- Surveillance System Monitoring (Ensuring that all surveillance systems are fully operational at all times).
