Access Control and Security Upgrades Services

The Vendor is required to provide for electronic door access control and security upgrades at location.
- The work under this consists of two key systems: access control and video surveillance.
- Through affordable housing, grants, and advice, we provide over 4,440 social and over 1000 near market and market homes.
- The work includes all necessary electrical work for all components and systems to be operable.
- The selected supplier will be required to supply, install, program, test, and commission the Salto access control system for the common area doors in the building. 
- The system must conform to agency security specifications and utilize salto devices as outlined in the specifications. 
- Replace the existing door access control system to make compatible with agency system, while reusing the existing electrical cabling system.
- Video Surveillance System
•    The selected supplier shall design, supply, install, program, test, and commission additional video surveillance cameras, server, and a network switch
•    Upgrade is to expand the video surveillance system with an additional installation of four (4) cameras for locations identified to tie into the existing hikvision camera system.
•    This includes strategic placement of surveillance cameras to ensure optimal coverage, supply and installation of all required components, configuration and integration with the building’s current security network.
