The vendor is required to provide off duty security and scheduling management services needed:
• App and software for scheduling, invoicing, time management
• Both will need key word search on the administrator side
• Deputies only able to see the jobs they are allowed to work based on the level they are capable of working (i.e., level 1, 2, 3)
• Deputies can see who is relieving them with a contact number
• 24/7 call center
• Geo fence capability
• Deputies able to input there available hours and work hours
• A scheduling system that allows jobs to be scheduled via the submitted availability and able to post available jobs
• An invoicing system where an invoice can be created from a job with an override option to bill for a 4-hour minimum
• Ability to run reports on any deputy to see all details they have worked and their upcoming details and job reports
• Emergency contact name and number for person hiring deputies
• Ability to add photos to job details and coordinates
• Messaging system to allow admin to push out a message to all deputies scheduled for certain details
• Deputies can swap who cover jobs they are giving away if they “accept” some sort of request.
• “No fees for nonprofit originations.
