Security Guard Services

The Vendor is required to provide all labor, supervision and equipment, to provide security guard services to various departments/agencies of the government.
- Provide uniformed guards and any equipment that may be necessary for the protection of life and property at the place under security.
- Secure premises and personnel by conducting regular, random, and scheduled foot and/or vehicle patrols of the premises/property, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points permitting entry.
- Monitor CCTV systems (if applicable) and other surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity.
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedure, restraining trespassers, and contacting Law Enforcement for assistance.
- Direct traffic and assist with parking management (if applicable).
- Manage crowd control during large meetings or gatherings, ensuring order and safety.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures.
- Report monitoring system malfunctions immediately to management.
- Provide guard personnel that are courteous and efficient in their conduct and demeanor and shall present themselves in a neat and clean appearance.
