The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive, professional, and continuous security services at the center to ensure the safety of guests, staff, vendors, and property.
- By maintaining a 24/7 security presence, the city aims to protect one of its premier public venues, support seamless event operations, and uphold public trust in the facility’s safety and accessibility.
- To ensure the safety, security, and operational integrity of the Center through continuous, professional, and responsive security services delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- 24/7 On-Site Security Coverage
• Maintain a constant security presence at designated access points, entrances, exits, loading docks, and high-traffic areas
• Provide rotating patrols throughout the facility, including interior halls, meeting rooms, parking lots, and perimeter zones
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to suspicious activity or unauthorized access
- Event Security Support
• Coordinate with center staff to provide tailored security coverage for scheduled events, including crowd control, VIP escort, and emergency response
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and post-event debriefs to assess risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Support bag checks, ID verification, and badge control as needed
- Incident Response and Reporting
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, disturbances, and facility Breaches
• Document all incidents in detailed daily activity logs and submit incident reports to designated City and center personnel
• Cooperate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Access Control and Credentialing
• Enforce access control policies for staff, vendors, contractors, and guests
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue temporary credentials when authorized
• Monitor and secure restricted areas, including mechanical rooms, IT closets, and storage zones
- Customer Service and Professional Conduct
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
• Provide directions, assistance, and general support to guests and event attendees
• Ensure all personnel are trained in conflict de-escalation and cultural sensitivity.
