Security Guard Services

The vendor is required to provide security guard services at designated facilities on an as needed basis, with the schedule to be determined prior to contract award. 
- 24/7, business hours, or event-based basis. 
- Services include, but are not limited to:
A. Unarmed Guard Duties:
•    Access control and visitor management
•    Patrolling premises (interior and exterior)
•    Reporting safety hazards, suspicious activity, and incidents
•    Crowd management for events
•    Basic first aid and emergency response assistance
B. Armed Guard Duties:
•    All duties listed above
•    Armed deterrence and protection in higher-risk areas
•    Coordination with law enforcement during incidents
C. General Requirements:
•    Maintain incident and daily activity reports
•    Operate security and surveillance equipment
•    Follow all post orders provided by [organization name]
•    Provide immediate notification of critical incidents
•    Ensure guards meet all licensing and training requirements per [state] law.
