Email Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide to implement an enterprise-grade email security solution that provides enhanced threat detection, sender verification with domain protection and behavioral analytics within the Microsoft M365 tenant.
- Solution Acquisition
•    Provide complete licensing for the email security solution
•    Include all necessary support agreements and maintenance
•    Clearly itemize all costs associated with the solution, including any third-party integrations and/or dependencies
- Implementation
•    Configure the platform according to the organization's requirements and industry best practices
•    Integrate the solution with existing M365 infrastructure for seamless operation and data flow
•    Conduct comprehensive testing in a test environment prior to deployment
•    Integrate with our existing Azure-based Single Sign-On (SSO)
•    Document all configuration decisions and architectural considerations
•    Execute a phased rollout plan that minimizes service disruption.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer
•    Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for IT personnel on platform administration and management
•    Documentation of all features, configurations and troubleshooting procedures
•    Access to vendor technical resources and support channels
- Ongoing Support
•    Provide clearly defined support services levels and response times
•    Offer ongoing technical assistance through vendor support channels
•    Include support plan details and associated costs in the pricing proposal
•    Provide routine platform updates and security enhancements as required
- Threat Detection and Prevention
•    Phishing and spear-phishing detection
•    Spam filtering
•    Impersonation detection
•    Malicious attachments
•    Malicious URLs (including URL rewriting for deterrence)
•    Malicious sender IPs
•    Email bombing and ransomware detection
•    Malicious QR code detection
•    Compromised account detection
•    AI-based threat detection and analysis
•    Malware sandboxing
•    Security analyst ability to remove suspect emails from all mailboxes simultaneously
•    Malicious URLs inside of calendar invites.
