Application Security and Storage and Optimization Services

The Vendor is required to provide security services to support web application security in our information technology division.
- Provide end-to-end protection for commission web applications and APIs, cloud object storage capacity for web content, and ongoing security optimization services, including a onetime managed integration and continuing quarterly support.
- Web Application and API Protection (12 months): Includes 2,500 GB/month protected traffic; overage $0.353/GB above the included amount.
- Managed Integration (one-time): Implementation/onboarding fee for initial production cutover.
- Cloud Object Storage (12 months): Includes 200 GB average stored/month; overage $2.16/GB above the included average.
- Security Optimization — Plus Service (12 months): 32 shared professional-services hours per quarter; overage NTE $100/hour beyond quarterly allotment; 2 virtual training seats; 2 annual security reviews.  - Managed integration: DNS/CNAME updates (as applicable), certificate handling, baseline policy deployment, functional testing, and production cutover.
- App/API protection operations: Maintain rulesets/rate-limiting/incident updates within the included 2,500 GB/month; traffic above that is charged $0.353/GB.
- Cloud storage operations: Maintain content up to 200 GB average stored/month; overage $2.16/GB.
- Service Provider: Provision subscriptions; perform managed integration; track quarterly services hours; provide usage/consumption statements (traffic, storage, hours).
- Budget: $415,000.00
