Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide of security services is to be responsible for the protection, safety, and overall security of the residents and properties being served.
- Security services are intended to provide an official presence on properties, to resolve minor situations and dispatch authorities where necessary, and to capture and document any incident or observation
- At all times and at all locations, security personnel shall be equipped with a company supplied, dedicated to that property smart phone with patrol recording technology, also equipped with email, photograph, time recording, and incident recording capability.
- Create and maintain an electronic log and a daily written log, provided by the contractor which is to be maintained and secured at the worksite.
- Security personnel shall perform their duties in a professional and ethical manner and shall perform any other duties related to provision of security services in all assigned facilities.
- Provide a weekly report of hours worked by each employee to the property manager or maintenance supervisor, on the Monday following the end of the week.
