Unarmed Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide unarmed security services at its facility located state.
- The system, consisting of five fixed routes and a paratransit service, has remained publicly owned since its inception, with the City
- Maintain a check-in/out logbook for security personnel and record any security (i.e. unauthorized personnel, entry and activity) and emergency/hazardous (i.e. fire, chemical spill, fuel leak) related incidents during each shift/duty.
- Patrol vehicle entrances, buildings and parking lots located at agency administrative and operations facility.
- Check for locked/unlocked doors.
- Assist City personnel and local law enforcement as necessary.
- Execute procedures and protocols for responding to medical emergencies, bomb threats, riots, fires, floods, and other emergencies.
- Smoking cigarettes and eating may be done at designated break times and in designated areas.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Provide various reports of all events/activities recorded by security officer.

- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
