Closed Circuit Television Surveillance System

The vendor required to provide closed-circuit television surveillance system for include:
- Systems and equipment
•    Current: Hikvision NVR (32/64 channel, 400 MBPS incoming and outgoing bandwidth), cameras (4mm/4mp fixed and 2.7-13.5mm and 4mp varifocal), and POE switches (16/24 10/100m POE ports, 2 x GB ports and fiber capability) with Hikcentral monitoring software. 
•    Provide details of equipment available with functionality similar to or same as the divisions current systems. 
•    Discuss capabilities, functionality, warranty, service available, etc.
- Equipment and software description; components, functionality
•    Hardware life expectancy – NVR, cameras, POE switches 
•    Remote software access via network (software, web interface, etc.) 
•    preference to a dedicated NVR appliance device (local HDD recording) 
•    Hikcentral - video management system – centralized monitoring software that incorporates multiple systems (NVRS) onto a single interface.
•    User access - account and security access for various users and roles - accessible by credentials and integration with the division’s active directory authentication system 
•    ONVIF (open network video interface forum) compliant 
•    Alarm triggering capability (line crossing, motion, AI, etc.) 
•    Management and disclosure of extracted recordings and associated records (law enforcement disclosure form) 
•    Recording management - ability to audit users accessing the recordings and setting parameters for recordings to be overwritten (4 weeks).
