Physical Security Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide an experienced, professional physical security consultant, on an as needed basis, to help manage and support multiple projects.
- This position will assist the Corporate Security team with project management and threat and risk assessments. Security system design services may also be required.
- The consultant will provide technical information, security advice and guidance and assist in identifying, managing and mitigating security risks for respective physical assets, applications and systems.
- They will determine gaps by evaluating business operations and requirements; researching security industry standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates etc.
- They will manage all aspects of the projects and achieve the required result within timeline and budget goals.
- Consultant will have:
o    Extensive experience providing physical security consulting services.
o    Substantial experience managing Physical Security Projects (such as but not limited to Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, and CCTV Implementations) with a track record of successful implementation.
o    High-level understanding of network topology including but not limited to: structured cabling, wired and wireless networks, and video over IP.
o    Ability to manage multiple projects, integrators, and manufacturers simultaneously and under tight timelines.
o    Solid understanding of emerging trends and products within the security industry – both locally and globally.
o    Solid understanding of the local security industry - end users, integrators and subcontractors.
o    Well versed in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and MS Visio.
