Fire Alarm and Security Systems Monitoring and Maintenance Services

The vendor required to provide comprehensive monitoring, inspection, testing, and maintenance of all school fire alarm and security (intrusion, panic, and access control) systems.
- Requirement:
•    24/7/365 central station monitoring of all fire alarms, security and intrusion systems, and panic alarms 
•    Routine and emergency maintenance and repair and replacement (if necessary) for all system types 
•    Annual and periodic system inspection, testing, and compliance with all local, state, and agency codes 
•    Coordinated response and reporting for all systems to district safety staff and local law enforcement as required 
•    Recommendations for upgrades or integration of alarm and security systems for improved safety and compliance
•    Vendor must be able to monitor and maintain all systems in a unified manner—no subcontracting for these core services.
