• 24/7/365 central station monitoring of all fire alarms, security and intrusion systems, and panic alarms
• Routine and emergency maintenance and repair and replacement (if necessary) for all system types
• Annual and periodic system inspection, testing, and compliance with all local, state, and agency codes
• Coordinated response and reporting for all systems to district safety staff and local law enforcement as required
• Recommendations for upgrades or integration of alarm and security systems for improved safety and compliance
• Vendor must be able to monitor and maintain all systems in a unified manner—no subcontracting for these core services.
