The vendor required to provide security services on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis, and in the manner(s).
- Overnight security services
1. Friday night may 8, 2026 (Mother’s Day weekend)
•    Guard for main stage
•    (1) guard for kid zone
•    (1) guard for lake house
•    (1) guard for craft row
•    (1) guard for craft row
•    (1) guard for food row
•    (1) guard for art row
•    (1) guard for sponsor row

•    1:00pm – 6:30pm (5 hours) ........................... (4-5) guards
2. Sunday may 10th, 2026 (Mother’s Day)
•    1:00pm – 6:30pm (5 hours) ……………………… (3-4) guards
- Festival entrances security services
1. Saturday may 9th, 2026 (Mother’s Day weekend)
•    6:00am - 6:00pm (12 hours) ................... (3) guards
2. Sunday may 10th, 2026 (Mother’s Day)
•    6:00am - 7:00pm (12 hours) ................... (3) guards.
