Metrasens Security Detection Systems

The Vendor is required to provide a metrasens weapons detection system for the department.
- Provide a comprehensive weapons screening solution within the emergency department to enhance the safety of patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a compassionate and efficient care environment.
- Provide advanced screening technology capable of accurately detecting weapons (firearms, knives, box cutter, etc.) with minimal impact on patient flow or experience.
- The solution should integrate seamlessly with existing security operations, allowing for effective threat detection and staff notification.
- Responsible for providing full implementation services, including installation, calibration, staff training, technical support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and operational readiness.
- The system must also comply with strict health and safety standards, ensuring it is non-ionizing and safe for patients with implants.
- Provide comprehensive support, including on-site training, 24/7 technical support, and maintenance, and ensure the equipment meets all necessary regulatory certifications
- It is required to accurately detect metallic weapons or prohibited items using zone-based localization to minimize false alarms and enable high-throughput screening, thus preventing patient flow disruptions.
