Cybersecurity Training and Certification Program

The Vendor is required to provide information regarding cyber security training and certification programs from qualified vendors capable of providing the state with comprehensive, high-quality, on-demand/self-paced, advanced level, and hands-on cybersecurity training and certification aligned with global information assurance certification (GIAC) or comparable offerings.
- Offer other primary delivery models (e.g., Instructor-Led Training (ILT) – Virtual, ILT – Onsite at Agency, On-Demand/Self-Paced, Cyber Range Labs).
- Training programs include or offer hands-on, real-world lab environments (e.g., a "Cyber Range") that simulate large public sector/enterprise environments, particularly for defense (SOC) and incident response skill development.
