•    Cybersecurity assessments; and
•    Incident response planning and exercises.
2. Cybersecurity training and education
•    Guide small businesses through the ladders of cybersecurity hygiene framework, tailored by industry, operating environment, goals, and strategy. 
•    This framework is divided into basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.
3. Additional cybersecurity services
•    Provide other cybersecurity-related support as needed.
4. Client documentation
•    Record counseling notes for each client session in the CRM system and retain such documentation in compliance with agency document retention policy.
