Security Services

The vendor required to provide security guard services on a daily basis within a 24-hour time period, 7-days a week.
- Each security visit will include a combination of vehicle and foot patrol, in which the consultant will check the entire parking garage, both elevators and the alley for loitering, sleeping or issue causing individuals as well as graffiti, property damage and other miscellaneous public safety hazards.
- Consultant to keep record of daily incidents with confirmation of each site visit, provided to the city through weekly reporting.
- Provide a proposal for monthly security guard services at prevailing wages at the premises with two options based on a 24-hour period:
•    Option one: roaming guard services with 12 visits evenly spaced per 24-hour period. 
•    Option two: roaming guard services with 18 visits evenly spaced per 24-hour period.
