The vendor required to provide IT camera software for include:
•    Milestone XProtect expert base license (bl) -1
•    Milestone XProtect expert device license (dl) -788
•    1 year care plus for milestone XProtect expert bl -1
•    1 year care plus for milestone XProtect expert dl -788
•    Project management and coordination hours to cover full project through completion
•    Training support for IT staff 8 hours (remote)
•    Minimum 8 HRS onsite training for district administrative staff
•    Initial onsite installation and configuration of milestone XProtect VMS
•    Configuration of the failover core VMS server
•    Configuration of recording settings
o    Constant at full frames, m-f 6:30a-4:40p
o    Key frames and motion at full frames, all other times
•    Testing of camera and recording stability
•    Testing of failover functionality.

o    Move cameras from small node 10.140.12.20 to small node 10.140.12.19
o    Work with the district on a minimum wait time

o    Shut down and physically move to Edison (district responsibility)
o    Update IP for and add to milestone (vendor supported)
o    Add Edison cameras (vendor supported)

o    Shut down and physically move to franklin (district responsibility)
o    update IP and add to milestone (vendor supported)
o    Add franklin cameras

o    Shut down and physically move to Jefferson (district responsibility)
o    Update Ip and to the milestone (vendor supported)
o    Add Jefferson cameras (vendor supported)
•    Camera offload round 2 (vendor supported)
o    Move cameras from small node 10.140.12.18 to small node 10.140.12.10
o    Move cameras from small node 10.140.12.19 to small node 10.140.12.10
o    Work with the district on a minimum wait time.
