The vendor required to provide video surveillance system for include:
• Supplying and configuring all necessary hardware
• Installing the surveillance system across designated campus locations
• Providing integration with existing infrastructure and following mutually agreed upon project deployment plan.
• Conducting training for staff
• Follow authority change management process and following mutually agreed upon project deployment plan.
1. Equipment supply
• Equipment information at authority locations is considered to be sensitive security information and will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid meeting after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
2. Installation and configuration
• Mounting of all existing customer-provided cameras and additional cameras, to be vendor provided, at designated indoor and outdoor locations.
• Installation of network cabling, routed through protective conduit.
• Connection of rooftop tower cameras to the switch, using external conduit.
• No rooftop penetration.
• Seamless integration with existing authority network infrastructure.
• All necessary licenses shall be provided by respondent.
• Cameras shall be updated to the most current firmware and linked using https.
• Cameras to be registered and configured in the american dynamics network video recorder (NVR).
• Camera maps to be created in customer access control system (c-cure 9000).
• Salvo creation.
