3. Rugby tournament (approximately 3 times per year from May to October)
• Maximum 400 attendees at one time.
• Event time: 10 a.m. To 10 p.m.
• Includes beer gardens.

- Event security plan, the contractor shall provide the following:
1. Staffing, supervision and operations
• Detailed breakdown of staffing, supervisor ratios, and equipment.
• Reporting structure and escalation protocols.
• Entry and exit procedures.
• Bag check and pat-down procedures.
• Identification of value-added options (metal detectors, etc.).
• Crowd control plan.
• Dress code for security personnel.
• Languages spoken by staff.
2. Incident response and emergency procedures
• Missing or found person
• First aid – minor incidents
• First aid – major incidents
• Evacuation
• Fight or physical altercation
• Secure-in-place
• Intoxicated or impaired individuals
• Attempt to cause harm with a motor vehicle
• Natural disaster (storm or earthquake)

3. First aid provision
• Cost of first aid services.
• First aid plan for all event scenarios including minor and major incidents.

4. Coordination and communication
• Reporting and accountability structure.

5. Pre-event and post-event requirements
• Costs for pre-event and post-event security (mobilization and demobilization).
