Corporate Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide securing corporate security guard services.
- Services includes but is not limited to, the following:
•    CCTV surveillance and dispatch
•    Crime and disorder incident response
•    Visible deterrent
•    Mobile patrols of town facilities, including provision of special event services and other emergency or contingency response services as required
•    Fire and security alarm monitoring and response
•    Building system control monitoring and response
•    Site access control systems/keyscan technology
•    Threat/risk assessment consultation, analysis and reports
•    Public education on the trespass to property act and other relevant town by-laws
•    Trespass to property act enforcement
•    Incident reporting, data collection and maintenance of records
•    Strategic collaboration with internal and external partners/stakeholders/clients
•    Narcan or naloxone administration
•    Security services must at all times be in compliance with town’s code of conduct and associated policies and procedures.(to be provided at time of award)
•    Trained and licensed guards/supervision must be made available within four hours’ notice when required.
- Provision of on-site supervision when requested/required to be charged at the specified supervisor rate provided in the price schedule
