Electronic Access and Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide for electronic security and access to city facilities the master integrator will provide services for the design, management, implementation, maintenance, and repair of the city's badging, access and security cameras. 
- System should have minimum capabilities for notifications, tracking service, failure of equipment and other features.
- A system in place to provide electronic requests for service and tracking of reported issues.
- A full-service firm for the following tasks:
•    Design/consulting including assisting with developing specifications.
•    Program development and management
•    Hosted systems
•    Implementation and installation, including comprehensive on-site project management to coordinate scheduling, resources, systems deployment, testing, and acceptance across all city facilities.
•    Preventive maintenance and corrective services, including routine system inspections, software maintenance, firmware updates, remote diagnostics, and on-demand repair services to ensure system reliability and update.
•    Training and knowledge transfer, including the instruction and ongoing training of city personnel on existing systems, new deployments, and emerging technologies to support long-term operational effectiveness and self-sufficiency.
- Must have an established record of successfully managing security systems as well as management of service and maintenance activities including oversight of third party local providers.
