Crowd Management and Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide for crowd management and security services for center.
- Volunteers generally support roles such as ushering, ticket sales, and concessions, licensed professional personnel are required for events that demand specialized expertise or when volunteer availability is limited.
- Must demonstrate verifiable experience in providing crowd management and security services for large-scale public venues or events of comparable size and scope.
- Provide ticket-taking and ushering services, including directing patrons to seating areas and offering venue orientation.
- Conduct controlled access at the front entrance, which includes the occasional use of bag checks, and personal item inspections as directed by agency management and if required after visually inspecting, provide a physical pat down of the individual’s body, including sensitive areas, to check for hidden objects.
- Remove disruptive or intoxicated patrons under the direct supervision of agency staff.
- Monitor and control access by conducting periodic hallway patrols to prevent unauthorized entry through exterior doors, while continuously observing crowds in performance areas to identify and address any potential safety concerns.
- Control audience access to the stage (e.g., via stairways between the stage and seating areas). Control access to the backstage area at the stage door.
- Deploy personnel to monitor and control vehicular/pedestrian access at designated parking lot entry and exit points.
- Conduct routine patrols of all parking areas to proactively identify and address security concerns, including but not limited to:
•    Unauthorized or prohibited activities (e.g., open consumption of alcohol or drugs)
•    Suspicious behavior, vandalism, or any observed safety hazards
