RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide cybersecurity instruction, develop and enhance training content, and support cyber range, mobile training, and reporting activities essential to program execution.
- Objective:
•    Delivering cybersecurity instruction across multiple formats and learner groups;
•    Developing, enhancing, and innovating cybersecurity curriculum and training materials; and description
•    Supporting cyber range operations, mobile training activities, and reporting requirements essential to program execution.
- Training is delivered through multiple modalities, including on-site instruction, cyber range operations, virtual and web-based delivery, and the deployment of a mobile training vehicle. 
- Increasing demand across all partner segments has created a critical need for highly qualified cybersecurity instructors capable of delivering advanced technical instruction, adapting curriculum to varying skill levels, and supporting hands-on experiential learning environments.
- Curriculum Development & Innovation
•     Assist in the development, revision, and continuous improvement of course curriculum to ensure instructional effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
•    Collaborate with the Institute’s technical leads to identify emerging innovations and translate them into training content appropriate for dissemination.
•    Ensure curriculum is designed and executed using innovative instructional strategies, tools, and concepts that support modern cybersecurity education.
- Program Operations & Reporting
•    Compile statistical information and prepare reports required by internal leadership and external funding agencies.
•    Provide technical expertise in identifying, planning, developing, conducting, and evaluating cybersecurity training projects and initiatives.
•    Manage and operate the cyber range and the mobile training vehicle.
- Communication & Engagement
•    Deliver presentations and curriculum using strong communication skills tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
•    Engage professionally with internal and external partners to represent agency and support outreach, training, and collaborative activities.
