Mobile Surveillance System with Live Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide mobile surveillance system with live monitoring services for include:
- Must supply, install and maintain a mobile security camera solution that:
•    Adequately covers the extents of the stadium field and seating area
•    Stadium plans (a unit with a pan-tilt-zoom [PTZ] camera is likely required).
•    Includes a loudspeaker for verbal warnings from monitoring agents.
•    Is resistant to damage from vandalism, environmental factors, extreme weather and temperatures and moisture.
•    Is self-contained, including cellular service to transmit to the monitoring center and a back-up power supply for power loss (the township will provide a 120v power supply).
•    Can be easily relocated, as needed
•    Includes a strobe for visual warnings.
- Provide live monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that:
•    Is a fixed price and not per incident
•    Includes an escalation process to address site activity from a verbal warning to contacting the township's
•    Facilities representative or emergency services,
•    Is sufficiently staffed with trained, human staff to ensure continuous high-quality monitoring.
•    Operates from a command center located in state, unless otherwise discussed with and approved by the township.
•    Does not use al agents or robot calling features to communicate
•    May use al or analytics to assist their staff with monitoring but not as a replacement for staff monitoring.
