The Vendor is required to provide video scope inspection system for include:
•    Portable handheld videos cope inspection system, new and current production
•    Integrated color display, minimum 5 inches diagonal
•    Minimum display resolution: 640 x 480
•    CMOS or equivalent image sensor
•    Minimum image resolution: 160,000 pixels
•    Continuous digital zoom of at least 3.5x
•    Capable of capturing still images
•    Capable of recording digital video
•    On-unit review and playback of captured images and video
•    Flexible probe with minimum working length of 80 inches (2.0 meters)
•    Probe diameter: 6 mm maximum
•    2-way articulation with at least 200 degrees total articulation
•    One-hand articulation control
•    Probe exterior resistant to fuel, water, moisture, and impact
•    Probe tip and lens recessed or otherwise protected against normal-use damage
•    Integrated led probe-tip lighting with at least three brightness levels
•    Rechargeable battery with minimum 6-hour operating time
•    Battery recharge time: 2 hours or less
•    AC/DC charger included
•    Removable digital storage media, minimum 8 GB capacity
•    Rotatable display and viewing head for ease of use
•    Ergonomic handle or body suitable for field operation
•    Total system weight shall not exceed 3 pounds
•    Operating temperature range of at least 5°f to 176°f (-15°c to 80°c)
•    If intended for hazardous-location use, unit shall be certified for safe use in hazardous environments by UL or equivalent nationally recognized testing laboratory
•    Standard accessories required for normal operation shall be included.
