Security Systems Maintenance Services

The Vendor is required to provide security system maintenance services on a continuing service basis.
- Lenel and milestone integrated electronic card reader access system:
•    Access control doors (readers, rex, door contacts and electronic locking hardware)
•    Camden cx-33 advanced logic relay
•    Alarm inputs (door contacts, panic switches)
•    Present card; verify unlock without alarm
•    Enter space, exit door-verify no alarm
•    Verify lock functionality- ensure locks work properly and are adjusted properly by testing of all applicable functions of each door (door forced, door held open, access granted, access denied, request to exit, shunt functions)
•    Send door alarms- verify door forced and door held alarms occur properly
•    Visual inspection of doors, card readers, contacts, rex, etc.
•    Inspection of electronic locks for wear (stickers, crash bars, mag locks etc.)
•    Testing of communication
•    Verification of proper power output voltage
•    Visual inspection of power wiring
•    Visual inspection of power supply components
•    Testing for proper power heat displacement
•    Conduct batter load test
•    Checking of battery terminal connections
•    Check batteries to insure they are not corroded or swollen
•    Verification activation of i/o board auxiliary input
•    Visual inspection of i/o board functionality
•    Testing for proper i/o board heat displacement
•    Visual inspection of panic buttons and installation
•    Verification that panic button sends an alarm appropriately
•    Perform minor repairs (simple adjustments)
•    Assist with software programming, which requires intricate knowledge of lenel software and ability to adapt to city's needs for customization
•    Flashing and programming of hid Prox readers
•    Maintain NEDAP transportation reader
•    Maintain Synta phone intercom system
•    Maintain AI phone intercom system
- Integrated video camera surveillance system:
•    Cameras
•    Camera recorders
•    Camera switches
•    Camera monitors
•    Reviewing the camera quality of live images
•    Reviewing of camera quality of recorded images
•    Visual inspection of cameras and camera mountings
•    Visual check of all live recorder images
•    Visual check of recorded images
•    Visual check of recorder wiring
•    Testing of functionality of video clip export feature when applicable
•    Visual inspection of monitor image and connections
•    Performing minor repairs (simple adjustments)
•    Making minor camera focus adjustments and positioning changes, clean camera lenses and inspect inside of housings and verify heater and blower operation troubleshooting and repairs and replacement of camera hardware.
•    Programming assistance with camera usage.
