The Vendor is required to provide for the replacement of existing video surveillance systems at School.
- Provide a turnkey solution to replace existing camera systems with a fully integrated Avigilon video surveillance system.
- The solution must include design, equipment, installation, configuration, training, and support.
- Must include its own:
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Labor costs
• Storage/NVR requirements
• Licensing
• Optional add-ons
- Site Assessment & Design
• Conduct detailed walkthroughs of both campuses
• Provide camera placement maps and coverage analysis
• Identify infrastructure upgrades (switches, cabling, storage)
- Equipment Requirements
• Fixed, dome, and PTZ cameras as required
• Minimum resolution: 1080p (4K preferred for critical areas)
• Avigilon Control Center (ACC) software (latest version)
• Avigilon NVRs or server-based recording solutions
• Mounting hardware and enclosures
• UPS for critical components
- Installation
• Removal and disposal of existing equipment
• Installation of new cameras and infrastructure
• Labeling and documentation of all devices and cables
- Network & Integration
• Integration with district network (coordination with IT staff)
• VLAN configuration if required
• Secure remote access for authorized personnel
• Compatibility with existing security systems (if applicable)
- Testing & Commissioning
• Full system functionality testing
• Camera coverage validation
• Final acceptance walkthrough with district staff
- Training
• On-site administrator and end-user training
• Provide training documentation and system manuals.
