The Vendor is required to provide and complete an upgrade of the access control software on an existing card access system.
- Assist with the following items to ensure system operation: Import a Flat File or SQL Database containing the cardholder data Import data into an Onguard database Provide a backup of the Onguard database Import hardware into Onguard; controllers, readers, DI/DO boards, etc.
- Programming / Training: Provide the initial programming and system configuration necessary for the operation of the systems. Provide 1 hour of end user training at the completion of installation.
- Software license will be for 64 door readers and all Licenses and installation media will be turned over to the institution.
