The Vendor is required to provide an enterprise wide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) phishing simulation and cybersecurity awareness training solution (the “Solution”) and associated implementation, maintenance, support, integration and training services.
- The Services must include:
o Adaptive training in multiple formats, such as micro-learning (2–5 minutes), standard modules (10–15 minutes), and an in-depth courses (20 minutes or more);
o Onboarding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance support;
o Reporting dashboards, behavioral analytics, and human-risk scoring;
o Automated campaign scheduling and targeted simulations;
o Integration with Entra ID SSO and agency Learning Management System;
o Administrative tools for cybersecurity operations; and
o Role-based training (e.g., executive, IT, finance).
