Alarm and Access System Monitoring and Maintenance

The Vendor is required to provide Access Control Systems maintenance and support for the existing location and Burglar Alarm Systems maintenance and support; CCTV maintenance and support; and Alarm Monitoring combinedservicesona24/7 basis for all locations occupied by the agency (12 buildings) throughout the location.
- Work under this contract comprises of the supply of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the inspection, testing, certification, maintenance and repairing of existing equipment systems and installation of new equipment and systems on an "as and when requested" basis for all intrusion alarm and access control systems for agency
- This would be considered an expansion of the current system from its current operating state and will be also inclusive of labour costs regardless of amount of hours.
- The requirement also includes monitoring services of the Intrusion Detection and Burglar Alarm Systems within the 12 buildings on a 24/7 basis.
