Surveillance and Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide interested security and surveillance companies that can provide the services required to inspect, maintain, repair and upgrade hardware for camera systems at our remote sites.
- Requirement:
• Review information provided by the contract manager on manufacturer’s specifications for maintenance schedules, service history, and other non-routine maintenance and repair items.
• Perform the required maintenance inspections and servicing.
• Identify and document additional information related to deficiencies and repair requirements, including cost estimates for recommended repairs and equipment replacement, and submit to the contract manager as they arise.
• Provide other emergency repairs as requested by the contract manager in as timely a manner as possible, understanding that WIO SCADA systems are required for operations staff to monitor and control the water control structures within their system.
