Network Camera Lifecycle Replacement Services

The Vendor is required to provide replacement camera equipment and related mounting hardware that is compatible with the City’s existing video surveillance environment.
- Objectives:
• Replace aging or end-of-life camera hardware
• Maintain continuity of existing surveillance coverage
• Ensure compatibility with the City’s current video management system
• Standardize camera and mounting components
• Minimize installation and configuration risk
- The City requires the following quantities and models (or City-approved equivalents, if permitted):
• 6 × AXIS P3738 – 4-sensor 4K multidirectional camera
• 1 × AXIS P3737 – 4-sensor multidirectional camera
• 17 × AXIS P4707 – dual-sensor multidirectional camera (non-4K)
• 3 × AXIS P4708 – dual-sensor 4K multidirectional camera
• 13 × AXIS P3275 – fixed dome camera
• Intended to replace AXIS P3265 units
- The City requires the following mounting and accessory components:
• 17 × TP4601-E conduit back box
• 4 × TP3302-E corner mount
• 6 × T94N01D quad pendant mount
• 6 × T94N02D dual pendant mount
• 6 × T91B47 pole mount
• 3 × T91E61 wall mount
• 6 × T91B67 pole mount
- Technical Requirements
• Be fully compatible with the City’s existing Axis-based video surveillance environment
• Support Power over Ethernet (PoE) where applicable
• Include all standard manufacturer components required for operation
• Be suitable for indoor or outdoor use as intended by the manufacturer
• Meet applicable electrical and safety standards
