- Duties for on post and roving security
• 7:30 a.m.: guard reports to agency for duty, general opening duties posted at desk
• 8:00 a.m.: guard unlocks building
• 5:00 p.m.: lock building doors to public if no public meeting(s) is scheduled.
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: on post, coverage of front doors and lobby to include camera monitoring
• 5:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.: interior and exterior patrols, a printed schedule will be provided
• 5:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.: public meeting - on post with roving security in-between.
