The Vendor is required to provide security maintenance, installation and repair services for the security systems at the college.
- Services include but are not limited to troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and furnishing: enterprise software and hardware, servers, surveillance cameras, access control equipment, electronic door hardware, wireless radios, emergency phones, LPR devices, intercoms, badging printers, photo cameras, encoder devices, and general cabling.
- Devices installed in indoor and outdoor locations, access to devices varies based on site conditions and installation configuration and installation height (ceiling mount, wall mount, pole mount, etc.).
- On-call repair and new installation service specifications:
• Labor hours required to complete the work
• Billable hourly rate
• Anticipated parts and materials with associated cost, and associated mark-up or discount, as applicable
• Any approved sub-contracting services with its cost, and 10% mark-up
• Bucket truck or lift, if needed, with the number of hours and associated cost for a 4 hour rental or full day rental
• Shipping costs associated with the purchasing of parts by the contractor will be reimbursed at direct cost with no mark-up.
