Library Cameras Services

The Vendor is required to provide library cameras services for include:
• Install (27) verkada cameras with a 5-year license.
• Remove (15) old cameras and give them to owner.
• There are (7) exterior cameras and (8) interior cameras.
• Old cabling shall be cut flush with surface and push remaining cable back into the hole.
• Shall fill the old, exterior camera location holes with sika polyurethane mortar sealant.
• Have heavy equipment e.g. scissor lifts being used inside the library.
• Authorized to perform work Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Saturday work must be approved by the owner.
• Install all new, code-compliant 550 MHz (minimum) solid copper core 23-awg Ethernet cable.
• Terminate, tone, test, and label all cables associated with each camera location.
• Responsible for project management and coordination with the i.t. and library directors.
• Conform to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Duly licensed by the appropriate authorities to perform work.
• Responsible for all damage or injuries to property of any character, resulting from any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct in the prosecution of the work or resulting from the materials used.
• Responsible for bonds in the event the project exceeds $100,000.00.
