The Vendor is required to provide these security systems are mission critical to the agency organization as they provide physical security for agency headquarters’ employees, public records and information, and state property.

- Provide the agency with all labor necessary to perform maintenance, repair, and any other services as deemed necessary to keep agency CCURE 9000 Security Management Systems, exacqVision Network Video Recording System, exacqVision software and Video wall, Passage Point Global Visitor Management System, and Orion Entrance Control Speed Gate OBSG-HG-E turnstiles (turnstile card readers and RM4E control panels only), all operating at their optimum performance.
- Normal service calls shall be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding State holidays, except as otherwise noted herein.
- Calls for service after 12:00 am (midnight) will be responded to during the standard time (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) of that same day unless the agency authorizes emergency service.
- Some planned projects may require work to be performed after normal business hours, including weekends or holidays.
- Perform requested services based on an hourly rate. Service call time will begin to accrue when the Contractor technician arrives on-site and has received specific repair instructions from the agency representative.
- Service call time will terminate upon completion of the requested work. Any overtime required for authorized after-hours projects or services will be paid according to prevailing wage rules.
