The Vendor is required to provide access control system (ACS) maintenance services.
- Emergency and non-emergency services, will provide all necessary information for the Contractor to respond to Emergency requests, including a telephone number, the location of the needed service, the contact person, and any other pertinent instructions
- The software must be Windows 11 compatible. The server and client-side software must be installed on Security, Human Resources, Safety, Admissions and IT computers. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the client/server software is up-to-date and providing training for home staff.
- Maintain the Avigilon video intercom units and card readers at the front entrances and exit gates, ensuring the front entrance and exit gates can be opened by provisioned ACS cards or opened remotely from the front security desk.
- Shall maintain Avigilon video intercom units and card readers at each main entrance of the Domicile buildings, Main building and both facility entry gates and must be able to open or lock the doors remotely. Maintain proximity card readers
- Provide preventative, support incidental, and repair services during normal business hours of 07:30 am to 04:30 pm PT, Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays, unless alternative hours
- Comply with the home’s sign-in and sign-out policy by reporting to the Security/Front Desk upon arrival and departure from the facility, and by wearing identification badges and/or uniforms bearing the name of the Contractor as well as visitor badges issued by the Home.
- Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, hardware, software, cabling/wiring, permits/licenses, transportation, and any other items of Access Control System. This includes any safety measures such as signs, caution tape, cones.
