The Vendor is required to provide services and materials necessary to maintain, modernize, and expand agency Physical Security systems on a Task Order basis.
- Genetec Platform Software, including Genetec Omnicast Video Surveillance system software and Genetec Synergis Access Control system software, installed on nineteen (19) servers in production and test environments.
- Twenty-five (25) Eizo and Axis brand decoders/streamers used by security personnel to perform live camera monitoring.
- Four (4) Unitronics Human to Machine Interface (HMI) electrical power controllers for certain remote power control applications.
- Twelve (12) roll up overhead doors monitoring sensors.
- Ten (10) vehicle entry and exit gates with gate operator integrations.
- Software and Firmware Maintenance
• Genetec Omnicast and Genetec Synergist software
• Access Control Firmware, including logic board and Genetec “Cloud Link” devices
• Camera Firmware
• Video Decoder/Streamer Firmware
• Intercom and Master Station firmware
• Vehicle Tag Reader devices firmware
• Alert Alarm visual and audio systems firmware
• All other hardware and software necessary to operate the system.
- Access Control Hardware Support
• Post-installation support for existing access control hardware deployed to secure physical access control points at agency properties.
• Necessary replacement devices, materials, and expertise to maintain credential reader hardware, such as badge readers, electronic fob readers, pin pads, and vehicle tag readers.
• Maintain all composite cabling interconnecting readers and logic boards, including performing the termination and cable repair, as necessary and to the degree necessary, to ensure proper operation of the system.
• Perform hardware maintenance and repair, including component replacement of the logic boards and Cloud Link backup controllers.
• Execute access control logic board periodic backup battery replacement as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
• Install and maintain all door strikes, magnetic locks, request to exit devices, relays, door contacts, and wiring harness.
• Perform hardware support for all aspects of intercom and remote communication station hardware.
• Support and maintenance for public alert alarm system hardware, including audio visual alerting, once such system is deployed.
- Certain locations may only be accessible for maintenance during certain hours of the day, due to business requirements, vehicle movement, or presence of transit customers. These can be certain hours of the daytime at the Operational facilities or after-hours for Transit Centers.
